LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, March 9, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, has issued a Findings and Order After Hearing appointing Stephen J. Donell of FedReceiver, Inc. as Receiver in the matter of Edita Bobrov Fikhman v. Mikhail Fikhman, Case No. 23STFL03923.

The appointment was ordered by the Honorable Christine J. Gonong, who determined that the appointment of a receiver was warranted under California Code of Civil Procedure section 564(b)(1). The primary objective of the receivership is to preserve, protect, and marshal partnership and community assets found to be at risk.
