The whole sequence, in one flow
The core account, data and identity steps have already been available as Zenphi first-class actions (drag-and-drop blocks in the workflow designer): suspending or deleting a user, resetting a password and forcing sign-out across sessions, revoking OAuth tokens, moving a user between organizational units, removing or changing a license, archiving a Gmail mailbox, running a Google Vault export, and transferring a departing employee's data to a manager or the IT team.
The new release adds the surfaces underneath the standard Google Workspace user lifecycle management scope. New actions include but not limited to:
— Remove a single Gmail send-as alias from a mailbox — the shared department address that outlives the person who used it.
— Clear a user's Google Tasks list, including tasks assigned to them from Docs and Chat, or delete the list outright.
— Remove someone from specific Google Chat spaces with admin privileges, rather than waiting for the account suspension to cut them off.
