New leadership role strengthens Aztec's strategic client delivery capabilities as client requirements continue to evolve and build in complexity.

Ruby will lead the client-facing dimension of Aztec’s most significant client change programmes, working closely with clients to understand their priorities and co-develop effective solutions, helping ensure client priorities shape how the firm develops its services and partnerships. This newly created role reflects growing demand for strategic delivery expertise as private markets firms pursue operational excellence, scalability and transformation at pace.

Ruby joins Aztec with more than 25 years of experience across asset management and consulting, specialising in the design and delivery of complex change programmes spanning data, operations, technology and client experience. Prior to joining Aztec, Ruby held senior leadership positions at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, KPMG, PwC and M&G Investments. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leading global asset managers, helping them modernise operating models and improve client outcomes through data, technology and process change.
