Founded by Grant Rowles and Sam Chambers, the company has grown significantly since the launch of SinoShip magazine back in 2012. Today, its portfolio spans news, events, intelligence products and specialist maritime verticals serving audiences across the shipping, ports, offshore, logistics and technology sectors.

The new group identity brings together a collection of established brands under the Splash banner, including Splash, SplashTech, a dedicated magazine division, and events Splash Singapore, Geneva Dry and the Maritime CEO Forum.
