LONG BEACH, CA, UNITED STATES, January 5, 2025 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The Long Beach Area Chapter of the Southern California Black Chamber of Commerce (SCBCC) is on a mission to empower and support Black-owned businesses in the community. To further this goal, the organization is seeking passionate and committed individuals to serve on its Board of Directors.— Sharifah Hardie
The SCBCC is dedicated to promoting economic growth and development within the Black community by providing resources, networking opportunities, and advocacy for Black-owned businesses. As a member of the Board of Directors, individuals will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and making a positive impact on the local business landscape.

The ideal candidates for the Board of Directors should have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by Black-owned businesses and a desire to make a difference. They should also possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Previous experience in a leadership role or involvement in the local business community is preferred but not required.
