Wellness At Work India Launches As India’s First-of-its-kind Employee Wellness Movement

post

In a bold step towards redefining workplace culture, Jiya Madan and Prateek Gandhi have co-founded Wellness at Work (W@W) India — a first-of-its-kind movement in India focused on bringing employee wellness to the center of organizational and societal priorities.

This movement isn’t just for corporate offices. From industrial workers and police personnel to doctors and cab drivers — burnout, stress and emotional fatigue are silently impacting every segment of India’s working population. Yet, few talk about how this is affecting not just productivity but the very personality, emotional balance and long-term growth of individuals.

At its core, Wellness at Work India is built on a belief that wellness is not a one-day activity or a check-the-box initiative. It should be an integral part of how we live and work every day. And that’s the mission W@W India is on: to embed wellness into the DNA of everyday life and work culture.

At the heart of the initiative is the W@W India Podcast, a compelling series of conversations that brings together business leaders, wellness experts and changemakers to explore how we can create more human-centric, healthier workplaces. Each episode goes beyond buzzwords to unpack real stories, challenges and strategies for creating lasting change.

“Well-being at work is no longer optional. It’s essential,” said Jiya Madan, Co-founder of Wellness at Work India. “Through this movement we want to normalize open conversations around wellness and help individuals and organizations heal and grow.”

Prateek Gandhi, Co-founder, added:

“W@W India isn’t just a podcast — it’s a wake-up call. We’re building a space where leaders and professionals don’t just talk about wellness but commit to building it into the foundation of work culture.”

In the coming months, Wellness at Work will roll out roundtable discussions, curated content and interactive sessions to amplify the need for a nationwide shift in how we approach wellness in the workplace and beyond.
