Collaboration combines VivaScore’s AI-powered digital health intelligence platform with LivIQ’s diagnostic screening and care navigation
DE, UNITED STATES, August 25, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- VivaScore® and LivIQ today announced a strategic partnership designed to bring together digital health intelligence, preventive screening, diagnostics and care navigation within a more connected member experience.
The partnership combines VivaScore’s health intelligence and engagement platform with LivIQ’s population health, diagnostic and operational infrastructure, enabling employers, health plans, healthcare organizations and other partners to identify health indicators earlier, engage individuals over time and connect them with appropriate screening, diagnostic and care pathways.
VivaScore brings together data from contactless health scans, wearables and connected health devices, digital assessments and, where available, clinical and laboratory data. This information is translated into an overall VivaScore, health and well-being sub-scores, personalized insights and trends that help individuals better understand and manage their health.
LivIQ provides the operational layer required to move from insight into action, including diagnostic screening workflows, at-home and onsite testing, laboratory integration, fulfillment, care navigation and population-level reporting.
Together, the companies intend to create more connected health journeys in which individuals can be digitally engaged, identify areas requiring attention and, where appropriate, move seamlessly into relevant diagnostic, screening or clinical services.
From health insight to action
A key focus of the partnership is addressing the gap that often exists between identifying a potential health issue and helping an individual take the appropriate next step.
Potential applications include:
• Employer and population health programs
• Cardiometabolic and chronic disease risk identification
• Cancer prevention and screening pathways
• At-home and decentralized diagnostics
• Connected wearable and health-device programs
• Rural and underserved population health initiatives
• Longitudinal health monitoring and engagement
• Navigation into appropriate clinical and preventive services
The companies will also explore embedded deployments that allow VivaScore functionality to sit within existing LivIQ and customer experiences through API and SDK integration, creating a unified member journey while allowing customers to retain their existing digital front end. Any embedded or white-label deployments will be configured for the individual customer and, as contemplated by the partnership framework, retain appropriate VivaScore attribution.
Simon Spurr, Chief Executive Officer of VivaScore, said:
“One of the areas we have been focused on with VivaScore is how we move beyond simply giving someone information about their health and help them take the right next action.
LivIQ brings a strong combination of population health, diagnostics and operational capability. By connecting that with VivaScore’s health intelligence and engagement platform, we can create a much more connected journey from understanding health, to identifying what needs attention, to accessing appropriate screening or care.
We have already identified a number of opportunities where the two platforms can work together and we are excited to start putting the partnership into practice.”
Steve Gatt, Chief Executive Officer of LivIQ, said:
“Our focus at LivIQ is making preventive healthcare easier to access and easier to act on. VivaScore adds an important digital intelligence and engagement layer to that model, giving people a simple way to understand their health while helping identify where additional screening, diagnostics or support may be appropriate.
Together, we have the opportunity to connect digital engagement with real-world healthcare delivery in a way that works for employers, health plans and the individuals they serve. We are excited about the opportunities already developing between our teams and what we can build together.”
Flexible deployment
Under the partnership, VivaScore supports customer opportunities through its full digital platform or, where appropriate, through embedded, integrated and co-branded deployments.
The companies expect to develop customer-specific solutions combining VivaScore technology with LivIQ’s independently delivered diagnostic, screening, laboratory and care-navigation services. The partnership framework expressly supports this type of collaboration while retaining each company’s respective technology, intellectual property and clinical responsibilities.
