Veteran legal services leader in new role uniting sales, marketing & client experience as LDM Global focuses on integrated legal, compliance & cyber solutions

In the newly created role, Carter will own the company's commercial strategy end-to-end, including new business development, client retention, and the build-out of a dedicated marketing function.

Carter's hire is the first senior leadership addition under Jamie Berry, who became CEO in June 2026 with a mandate to build on LDM Global's 30-year operating foundation and make the company faster-growing and easier for clients to work with. Rather than expanding service line by service line, LDM Global is putting one executive in charge of how clients discover, engage, and experience its full portfolio, from Document Review and eDiscovery to Cyber Incident Response, Compliance, Data Privacy, and Contract Lifecycle Management.

Carter brings more than 20 years of leadership experience delivering outsourced legal operations and staffing solutions to law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities at the federal and local levels. He most recently served as Vice President of Cyber & Litigation Services at Contact Discovery, and previously held leadership positions at Integreon, LightSpeed LLC, and Trustpoint.One, where he helped grow each company through periods of expansion and acquisition. He has deep expertise in Managed Document Review, Electronic Discovery, Contract Lifecycle Management, Subpoena Response Compliance, and Cyber Incident Preparation, Response, and Notification. Berry and Carter worked alongside each other at Integreon, where Berry led the company's largest business unit through 48 percent revenue growth.
