MELBOURNE, FL, UNITED STATES, August 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Moms for Liberty-endorsed school board candidates won or advanced in eleven of fifteen races across Florida in Tuesday's primary election.

Seven endorsed candidates won their races outright. Four more advanced to the general election. In Clay County, all three Moms for Liberty-endorsed candidates, Ashley Hutchings Gilhousen, Michele Hanson, and Erin Skipper, won outright. In Collier County, Timothy Moshier and Jeff Donaldson both won. In Lee County, Jada Langford-Fleming won her race and Tony Beougher advanced.

In Brevard County, home of Moms for Liberty co-founder Tina Descovich, all three endorsed candidates won or advanced: Megan Wright won her District 1 race outright, while Gene Trent and Tammy Dennis both advanced.

The organization's endorsements are driven entirely by its local chapters, not by national staff. Chapter volunteers vet candidates, host candidate forums, speak at community events, and knock doors in hundred-degree Florida heat.
