UNITED KINGDOM, August 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Ledlenser has announced the HF-Series, a range of compact headtorches that integrate the power source into the torch head rather than a rear battery pack. The range comprises twelve models and is aimed at applications including camping, hunting and fishing, home and vehicle maintenance, and general outdoor use. Pre-orders open now, with retail availability from 1 September.

Selected models operate on either a rechargeable battery or alkaline AAA cells, which the manufacturer positions as relevant for extended trips without access to charging. All models include a secondary red front light, and several add green and blue modes.

Features
1. Adaptive Light Beam - Available on selected models, the system automatically dims and adjusts beam focus. Ledlenser states the response is twice as fast and twice as efficient as the previous generation, with sensor sensitivity increased tenfold.
2. Digital Advanced Focus System - A digital focus ring allows manual adjustment between flood and spot beam patterns.
3. Dual Power Source - Selected models accept rechargeable or disposable batteries and support USB-C charging, including operation while charging.
4. Red and RGB modes - A red front light is fitted across the range to help preserve night vision. RGB models add green and blue output; according to Ledlenser, blue light assists in tracking blood trails and green light is intended to reduce disturbance to game.
5. Construction - All models carry an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance and incorporate recycled materials. A seven-year warranty applies on registration within 12 weeks of purchase; otherwise two years.

Range breakdown
1. Core range (HF4, HF4R, HF6R, HF7R) - Spans the alkaline-powered HF4 through to the HF7R, which combines Adaptive Light Beam and the Digital Advanced Focus System with a stated maximum output of 1,200 lumens in boost mode and a 210-metre beam distance.
2. RGB range (HF4R RGB, HF6R RGB, HF7R RGB) - Adds red, green and blue output with a camouflage housing, targeted at hunting and fishing.
3. Pro range (HF4R Pro, HF6R Pro, HF7R Pro) - Ships with additional accessories including helmet mounts and adapters for occupational use.
4. Signature range (HF6R Signature, HF7R Signature) - Features a grey metallic aluminium housing, a reflective headband, RGB modes and full Adaptive Light Beam functionality.
