Finjobsly adds AI Scout for employers, natural-language job search, market intelligence, and career growth tools for fintech job seekers.
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, September 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Finjobsly, a job platform focused exclusively on fintech careers across payments, banking, crypto, DeFi, and RegTech, today announced a set of AI-powered tools covering both employer hiring and candidate career growth. The launch includes AI Scout for employers, a natural-language job search for candidates, real-time job market intelligence, and a career development suite made up of a Promotion Readiness Engine, an Achievement Journal, and an Interview Gym. The new tools join Finjobsly's existing resume analysis and salary benchmarking features. Under the hood, the tools run on a multi-layer stack of large language models, which Finjobsly says improves matching precision and reduces errors across scoring, ranking, and search.
Fintech hiring has changed considerably in 2026. Across the sector, tens of thousands of jobs have been cut this year as companies restructure around AI, and the recruiting teams left behind are managing more open roles with fewer people. At the same time, Finjobsly has seen a rise in sign-ups this year from professionals moving into fintech from banking, big tech, and other industries, adding more candidates to an already competitive market. Finjobsly built the new tools to give both sides better information and less manual work.
On the employer side, AI Scout searches Finjobsly's fintech talent network by role requirements, skills, vertical experience, and location, and returns ranked candidate matches instead of an unsorted pile of applications. Screening candidates by hand takes real time out of a recruiter's week, and AI Scout is meant to cut that down so hiring teams get from posting a role to reviewing qualified candidates sooner.
On the candidate side, the new natural-language job search lets a candidate describe the role they want in plain language, such as a remote compliance role in payments, rather than building it out of filters one at a time, and matches that description against live postings updated hourly. Job market intelligence tracks hiring demand and salary data across payments, digital banking, RegTech, WealthTech, and crypto and DeFi, pulling from live job postings and verified offers rather than annual surveys, so candidates can see which parts of the sector are actually hiring and what similar roles are paying before they apply. That sits alongside Finjobsly's existing resume analysis tool, which scores a CV against live fintech postings and flags missing skills for a specific role.
"Finding a job is only part of a fintech career," said a Finjobsly spokesperson. "We wanted tools that help someone get hired and then keep growing once they are in the role."
That is the purpose of the new career development suite. The Promotion Readiness Engine lets a candidate set a target role, track a readiness score, and receive weekly micro-missions toward that promotion goal. The Achievement Journal lets candidates log wins as they happen at work, then automatically tags each entry by skill. A closed sales deal, for example, might get tagged with sales negotiation, relationship building, and communication, ready to turn into a resume bullet, a self-appraisal draft, or a STAR-format interview answer. The Interview Gym offers on-demand practice drills tailored to a candidate's target role, with one free drill available each week and unlimited drills for candidates on a paid plan.
"We built this for fintech because the sector's hiring and career paths move faster than most generic tools account for," the spokesperson added. "Candidates need to job search, prepare, and grow at the same time, so we put all three in one place instead of sending people to three different apps."
Finjobsly said the career development suite came from user feedback, after candidates asked for help with what happens after they get hired, including preparing for promotion conversations and building a record of achievements for performance reviews.
The tools are available now to candidates and employers who sign up and browse fintech jobs at finjobsly.com.
