The Chief Minister emphasized the need to ensure a smooth and spiritually fulfilling experience for the growing number of devotees arriving at the revered shrine.

Recognizing the increasing scale and spiritual significance of the annual fair, CM Dhami directed the administration to develop a permanent and robust management system that not only caters to current needs but is also equipped to handle future growth in footfall. The instructions focused on improving existing operational frameworks while maintaining the sanctity and cultural value of the pilgrimage.

A key highlight of the meeting included directives to fast-track the road widening and cutting work on the approximately 3-kilometer stretch from the Sanatorium to beyond the Bhowali Petrol Pump, a vital route that serves the pilgrimage traffic. The Chief Minister instructed the concerned departments to complete the work on a war footing to avoid bottlenecks and ensure hassle-free access.

CM Dhami also reiterated that the state government has prepared a systematic plan for traffic management and crowd control during the mela. The strategy includes optimized vehicular flow, dedicated parking zones, and enhanced public amenities to ensure safety and convenience for all visitors.

"Our government is fully committed to the holistic development of religious destinations across the state," said CM Dhami. "We are taking every necessary step to offer a seamless and sacred experience to the devotees visiting Devbhoomi, while preserving its cultural essence."

The Kainchi Dham Mela, centered around the famous Neem Karoli Baba temple, attracts lakhs of devotees from across India and abroad. These new measures are expected to significantly uplift the operational readiness and spiritual ambiance of the mela.
