Veteran aviation leader brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering, MRO operations, quality management, and organizational performance
ONTARIO, CA, UNITED STATES, September 21, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Certified Aviation Services, LLC (CAS), a leading aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul provider, today announced that Brent Trotter has rejoined the company as Head of Quality.
In this role, Trotter will lead CAS’s company-wide quality and compliance function, helping strengthen regulatory readiness, process consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization’s growing operations.

Trotter brings more than three decades of aviation and aerospace experience spanning engineering, MRO operations, consulting, quality management, organizational change, and strategic process improvement.
His experience includes serving as a Director with Oliver Wyman CAVOK, where he supported aviation organizations through operational, strategic, and technical process design and implementation. His responsibilities included project management, organizational change management, financial and operational analytics, process improvement, and technical engineering consulting.
This appointment marks Trotter’s return to CAS. From 2013 to 2016, he held senior operational leadership roles within the organization, overseeing operations, engineering, financial performance, strategic planning, program management, logistics, and material management. His previous experience with CAS provides him with valuable familiarity with the company, its customers, and its operating environment.
Earlier in his career, Trotter held leadership and technical positions with Delta Air Lines, Fokker Services AIRINC, Zodiac Aerospace, and ES3. Throughout these roles, he developed extensive experience in aircraft systems engineering, MRO process improvement, ISO certification, quality management, regulatory coordination, and operational performance.
